GEORGE BLOOMFIELD, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Initially trained at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, George was involved in many landmark projects including - Collins Place, The World Trade Centre & The Victorian Arts Centre and Concert Hall In 1979, George began offering his services on a consultancy basis wherein 1981 he was offered a position with a diversified personnel consultancy endeavouring to widen its clientele. George achieved this, developing both interstate and overseas business including the training of all interstate Managers.

In December 1985, George resigned from this company to further develop personal goals in a specialised capacity resulting in the formation of Bloomfield Tremayne & Partners Pty. Ltd. in June 1986.


BRUCE WHETTERS - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR (GROUP)

Electrical Engineering is where Bruce began his tertiary studies in 1984 with the University of NSW. In his 4th year of study he decided to change his career choice and contacted an employment agency to ascertain what opportunities existed in Architecture. Neither Bruce nor ourselves have looked back since that first meeting in 1987 where he so impressed us "we had to offer him a job".

Bruce immediately provided a valuable service in evaluating the technical aspects of Senior applications and Job specifications whilst also participating in various "troubleshooting" roles within the Group of affiliated companies. He has worked in clients' offices on large project assignments as well as assisting our various affiliates overseas in Indonesia, England and locally.


JACQUELINE LIDDICOAT - DIRECTOR (SYDNEY)

After completing her initial studies in Linguistics & Education, Jacqueline travelled extensively throughout Europe. Upon her return, Jacqueline commenced further studies in Psychology and later Counselling. Since joining our team in 1994, Jacqueline has expanded our services as well as strengthened our detailed assessment profile compositions - the unique process BLOOMFIELD TREMAYNE & PARTNERS undertakes in assessing applications and Job Specifications.

Jacqueline is also an Accredited Myer-Briggs Type Indicator Tester, further strengthening the assessment profile composition analysis undertaken by BLOOMFIELD TREMAYNE & PARTNERS. Jacqueline established the NSW office in February 1997.
