In addition, this service substantially reduces the impact of any V.A.T. or Goods and Services Tax (GST) that would otherwise impact on the total costs to YOU, the end user of an Agencies service. 4. TEMPORARY STAFF MEMBERS With changing State and Federal Laws and interpretations by the Taxation Office - many Clients are now concerned about the use of Independent Contract staff. In response to these concerns, BLOOMFIELD TREMAYNE & PARTNERS are now able to offer personnel engaged as Temporary Employees. When engaging Administration Staff, the Agency is the "deemed" employer who then hires its own "staff" to you the Client; for Design Staff, the Client is the Employer who is engaging Personnel on a Temporary basis. Our unique Employment Agreements ensures the Client is protected from many of the inequitous laws that would otherwise effect putting on Permanent Staff for what may only be a short period. The Agency looks after the Employment agreements, the payments of salaries or wages, Superannuation, even Workcover Insurances and Payroll Tax, all as part of our PAYROLL SERVICE! 5. PAYROLL SERVICES Many small and large Clients are finding that to run a Payroll now is becoming ever more complex and time consuming. Whether it is a major contract and you have a separate team off -site or its a small staff and you have to organise the payroll including payments for Workcover, Payroll Tax and now Superannuation to a Fund of an Employees choice - the workload is enormous! BLOOMFIELD TREMAYNE & PARTNERS offers a service effective March 2006 whereby we can look after Temporary, Permanent or Contract personnel you have found for yourself or even your current Permanent Staff! For many practises we already provide services that enable us to undertake these payments for personnel we have identified and our clients have selected, indeed on many major projects we have already provided a PAYROLL SERVICE to enable a single bill system for our clients that looks after all the fuss in engaging Personnel in complex circumstances. Our service allows for secure internet entry of applicants hours that are authorised and approved by the Client over their own "login". The Client is allowed multiple user logins and can even control who has access to the service. Our online Timesheets calculate entries to minimise errors and even highlight to Clients when an entry looks incorrect or special attention should be required. Clients decide when the payments occur and can REJECT, PRE APPROVE or even HOLD payments if they wish. Its just another unique service provided by BLOOMFIELD TREMAYNE. 6.
