ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN MANAGER - MACAU - Architectural Jobs in Sydney, Melbourne & Australia

Our client is a leading hotel Developer/Constructor on the world stage!

They are currently in the latter delivery stages of a Hotel & Entertainment complex in Macau and seek a senior professional with extensive large scale hotel experience to take on a key role throughout the final delivery stages.

Be prepared for a fast track ride, as this final stage of construction is well under way and the hotel component has 2000 rooms opening in the new year!

Ideally, you will have operated as a Site Architect or Architectural Design Manager on large scale hospitality and entertainment projects throughout your career. Off-shore experience would fit the bill perfectly but Australian experience will be highly regarded if you can demonstrate strong site based involvement on large scale hotel developments.

It is essential that you are capable of leading a range of differing disciplines during construction stages and you will be acting as an interface between international design teams and the construction process. As such, it will be up to you to resolve technical issues where required and ensure the design team provides accurate information for the constructors to build from.

Anticipated salary circa $70,000 HK per month with an accommodation allowance. We understand current tax rates in Macau are 6% but please ensure you obtain your own financial advice if you have any specific tax queries.

With the project in the final stages and deadlines looming, it would be ideal if you are able to commence this role within the next few weeks.
