Are you a Draftsperson with proven medium to high rise residential and apartment development experience?

First-rate ability to produce a full set of construction documentation is essential.

Our client is a centrally located property development and construction company with comprehensive experience in creating quality projects throughout Melbourne.

Designing projects for owner-occupiers and investors alike, their portfolio sits primarily within the residential market.

You will need to be able to confidently demonstrate your involvement on projects upwards of $40M from design and development through to detailed construction documentation (using AutoCAD), including liaison with contractors and consultants. Strong construction detailing knowledge with a high level of technical understanding is most certainly required to excel in this role.

From a personal perspective, a friendly, positive attitude coupled with a dedicated and strong work ethic would fit in perfectly with the existing team and office culture.
