HEALTH ARCHITECT - BRISBANE - Architectural Jobs in Sydney, Melbourne & Australia

The practice is involved across a wide variety of commercial, institutional, multi use and health projects across Australia and internationally.

This is a newly created role within a leading multi-disciplinary practice that enjoys involvement on a range of large-scale health projects throughout Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

Reporting to the Global Leader for Health, this role will be focused on the continued expansion of the groups presence in the Brisbane and Queensland health sectors, however it is anticipated your involvement will extend into their international projects as well.

Acting as a point of reference for health design within the practice, you will be responsible for a range of high-level duties, including:

• Providing health planning and leadership for projects within the health sector of the practice
• Establishing health planning team resourcing needs
• Preparing and validating functional briefs and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
• Overseeing the internal documentation of health projects Liaison with clients, joint venture consultants, designers and consultants
• Leadership in the procurement of new projects and being seen as a knowledge base within the local market

The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished Health Architect with a passion for facilitating design of the highest quality and has the ability to contribute to outstanding project outcomes.

Ideally you will have experience in the leadership and delivery of complex multi-disciplinary health and research projects, along with an extensive knowledge of current health and research guidelines, codes and standards. You must have a strong ability to translate functional planning and briefing requirements into innovative design outcomes and the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with people at all levels, internally and externally.

A salary is anticipated in the $130,000 - $140,000 range per annum with potential for profit share and shareholding being key factors that place this opportunity ahead of others in the market.
