Our client is undeniably one of the most highly recognised Design practices in the country. Due to internal progression, they have created an opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join in the role of Practice Manager at an exciting time in their own development.

Ideally you will have developed your career to the point of having strong team and project management responsibilities, and see the natural progression of your career in the direction of practice management.

This role will work closely with Directors, Finance and other key personnel within the group, and focus across Human Resources (including recruitment and existing personnel), project resourcing and overview of projects from a time and cost perspective.

More broadly, the role will entail having key input into new project submissions, client/architect agreements and legal aspects, however in many other aspects there exists the opportunity to incorporate new elements as part of your job specification.

As a professional and well-managed organisation, there are already key personnel around this role, and it will have the support of Directors and other Management to help you develop and flourish to make this role your own. Long term, the opportunity for real advancement is genuine.

By nature you will be a highly motivated and driven person, someone who likes to take responsibility and sees the benefits of moving forward to achieve great results. It is not necessary to have past exposure in a practice management role, although this may be the case. What is important is that you have the drive, motivation and personality to grow into a respected leader within this highly regarded practice.
