Our client is a boutique Architecture practice located on the city fringe. They are a well-established office, specialising in education and residential projects seeking to add a Project Architect to their team on a long-term basis.

Currently seeking a mid-level Project Architect who can run projects independently whilst still being quite hands on throughout the process. To be considered for this position, you must able to demonstrate your strong technical orientation and exceptional skills as an all round Project Architect with the ability to run projects up to $5M, whilst still being hands on through the design development and documentation phases using AutoCAD.

You will be working on projects within the education sector as well as residential projects including new homes and large extensions valued between $3M-$5M, so a background in this area is desirable.
